Prior to beginning his current position as Executive Director with Day Seven Ministries, Bill spent 22 years in pastoral ministry in California, Kentucky and New York. He graduated from Houghton College followed by Asbury Theological Seminary and later earned his Spiritual Direction credential from the Epiphany Institute in Pittsburgh. His current responsibilities at Day Seven include building relationships with pastors and community agencies, providing seminars for churches and community groups, and leadership and administrative responsibilities. He has a passion for helping others live up to their full potential and loves to see people’s inner inspiration become real and concrete. Bill sees clients for spiritual direction on a limited basis.

I enjoy life!  My desired goal for each client I meet is to assist them in gaining the confidence to be the individual (leader) God, not the world or society, designed them to be. My passion is to encourage others to achieve their dreams while they occupy their time here on this earth.  As a woman who has overcome the stigma of once being in the status of single motherhood and homelessness, my goal is to encourage the discouraged. My philosophy stems from a statement often used by my “Bubbie”. She would say when things were going wrong, “you made your bed, you have to lie in it”, my rebuttal is this…yes, I made my bed, BUT I can Always change my sheets”. Michael began his second stint serving Day Seven Ministries as a counselor in January, 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from the University of Arkansas and a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, the American Counseling Association, and the Pennsylvania Psychology Association. He enjoys reading, playing basketball with his sons, and hiking the Rocky Mountains. He is passionate about helping people to resolve painful pasts, relational difficulties, emotional dysfunction, and addictive ruts. Michael sees clients at the Lititz location.

Casey is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College with an MA in Marriage and Family Counseling.  She received her undergraduate degree from Lycoming College, studying religion and psychology. She began interning with Day Seven in May 2014. In addition to her work at Day Seven, Casey also has experience working with individuals with substance addictions and eating disorders. She also spent 3 years working with children on the autism spectrum. Casey is passionate about being able to walk with individuals, couples, and families on the road to restoration, utilizing a counseling model that both honors Biblical truth and psychological insight. Casey sees clients at the Mechanicsburg location.

David graduated from Asbury University in 1998 with a Bible Degree and then proceeded to Asbury Seminary to obtain a Masters of Divinity Degree.  Pastoring in Florida, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, David led youth groups, prayer groups, and at times small groups to deepen individuals walks with Christ.  David is a licensed pastor in the Missionary Church denomination.

Another call upon his life, to become a therapist, was realized when David graduated from Evangelical Seminaries Marriage and Family Therapy program.  As a former participant and mentor in the ministries of Day Seven, David believes healing is possible for those struggling sexually.  David has a compassionate presence as a therapist as he helps persons heal from their hurts, reach their untapped potentials, and live healthy lives.  At Day Seven he looks to further develop his understanding of those with same sex attractions and desires to specialize in this area to address persons with sexual identity concerns. It is his hope that individuals, couples, and families engage in flourishing lives.

David lives in the Lancaster area with his wife Kellie and their four children Ava, Kalyssa, Graceanne, and Eli.  He enjoys nature, sports, travel, reading, and watching movies like Star Wars, the Lord of the Rings, or Narnia. David sees clients at the Lancaster location.

Ryan joined the team of  Hope and Restoration in 2022 with an extensive number of life events through which God has revealed His love and healing powers. Over the years God has placed many wonderful people in Ryan’s life that have helped him along the way in his journey. Through these people God has shown him that nothing is impossible with the love of Jesus Christ and nothing is too big or too small for Jesus.  He wants everyone to know that there is healing and hope in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. When this life throws a curve at you Jesus will be there right with you and His arms will be wide open. His prayer is that Jesus will use him to provide hope and healing to broken people.

Ryan just graduated with his Masters in Social Work from Millersville University and has his undergraduate degree in Early Childhood and Religion from Lebanon Valley College. Ryan is working towards his licensure in Social Work He would like to get certified in EMDR and CBT. He has been working in the mental health field for 14 years. Ryan has been married for 8 years to his wife Cati and they live in Lancaster.  Ryan enjoys hiking, staying in shape, and cooking.

Rob is a long-time resident of Pennsylvania passionate about seeing individuals grow through connection, both with God and each other. He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College, and has several years of experience in Child Welfare Social Work.  He enjoys working with his local church, individuals, and groups.  Of particular interest to Rob is the interplay between sexuality and faith, trauma work, and spiritual questioning.

Gary is an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist passionate about helping people improve their lives. He works with those struggling with sexual and intimacy problems, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and with the elderly in successful aging. He does stress management, anger management, and works with abuse victims. His focus in counseling is, and has been for 30 years, relationships and problems with intimacy and anything that prevents individuals and couples from achieving healthy, effective, faithful, and fulfilling lives. In addition to his clinical work, Gary has done executive coaching and consulting with businesses and organizations, and he has taught and done research at universities and colleges. Gary and his wife, Temmy, live in Leola. Gary sees clients at the Lititz location.
